Making a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with the Board or its staff and wish to complain then please write to:

To help us deal fairly with your complaint, your letter should state clearly the details of your
complaint, focussing only on the essential issues.

We will acknowledge your complaint within three working days of receipt.

Complaints about any of the Board’s assigned colleges should be raised directly with the
college and not with the Board.
