Constitution of the Glasgow Colleges' Regional Board
The Glasgow Colleges' Regional Board (formally the Regional Board for Glasgow Colleges) was established by the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 2005 (as amended by the Post-16 Education (Scotland) Act 2013). Schedule 2B of the amended 2005 Act sets out the constitution of regional boards, of which the Glasgow Colleges' Regional Board is one. The Board adopted these revised Board Regulations at its meeting on 27 February 2017.
The Regulations supplement the Constitution and provide a framework for proceedings of the Board.
The Board adopted the Code of Conduct at its first meeting on 28 May 2014.
The Code was issued by the Commissioner for Ethical Standards in Public Life as is the case for every public body in Scotland.
The Board approved an updated Scheme of Delegation in October 2018.
GCRB updated its Publication Scheme in October 2018.
The Board adopted the Complaints Handling Procedure at its meeting on 06 October 2014.
Gifts and hospitality received by GCRB Board members or staff will be recorded and avaialble for public inspection in line with the Board's Code of Conduct.

GCRB has a financial memorandum between itself and the Scottish Funding Council, and also a separtate Financial Memorandum between itself and its Assigned Colleges.
