COGC City Campus Topping Out Ceremony
The purpose of the event is to celebrate and mark a major milestone in the work towards completion of the new Campus. The ceremony itself has a long tradition marking the building reaching completion of the steel/concrete frame and is marked by the nailing of an evergreen bough to the structure and by a ceremonial concrete pouring and will take place on an area of the roof protected from the elements but with views over the city.
